Malaysia GP and Melbourne Controversy

Good morning. As we now know McLaren were disqualified from the Australian Grand Prix after withholding information from the race stewards the situation all related to Lewis Hamilton and Jarno Trulli incident when the Safety Car came out onto the track after Robert Kubica and Sebastian Vettel crash. The basics of the incident Jarno left the track and Lewis passed him which was all legal as Jarno had all 4 wheels off the track, but then some major confusing for Lewis as he asked his team for advice about the situation and Lewis was clear about what he wanted to know, did he need to let Jarno back into third at the time he initially asked this he was told he needed to and he did. But soon after the team were unsure of what to do and contacted the race director. By this time the race was over and Jarno was third.

Then the post mortum begun and it was clear on Sunday that Jarno Trulli passed Lewis Hamilton under Safety Car conditions, which he did do the video footage proves this. But over the past two days it was clear that during the initial PM McLaren withheld the information about the radio communications and this wasn't liked by the stewards and they immediately Disqualified the McLaren Team and reinstated Jarno Trulli to third position.

If McLaren presented the radio information on Sunday after the race they would have been fine but due to there stupidness the screwed it up for themselves
